Spain. Applicable law: Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

[email protected] is the direct and effective contact channel required by article 10.1.a of the LSSI-CE. Use it to reach us quickly, to report allegedly unlawful content, and to exercise data protection rights. A person reads it and we reply within 30 calendar days at the latest.

Purpose and conditions of use

This notice governs access to and browsing of reserv.day. Use of the Reserv service with a registered account is additionally governed by the Terms of service.

By browsing this site you accept these conditions. You undertake to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful activity or to damage the site or prevent others from using it normally.

We reserve the right to modify the site's content and to interrupt access for technical or maintenance reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires it.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site — text, images, design, source code, trade marks and logos — belong to Reserv or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without express written authorisation, except for uses permitted by law.

Third-party trade marks and trade names appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are cited for information only.

Liability

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for the use third parties make of the information published, nor for damage arising from use of the site, except where the law does not permit excluding that liability.

Public booking pages hosted under reserv.day display content supplied by each business user, which is solely responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness and for the service it provides to its clients. If you find unlawful content, tell us at [email protected] and we will act diligently under Article 16 LSSI-CE.

Any dispute will be heard by the Spanish courts, unless a mandatory rule establishes another venue.

The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Reserv is aimed at professionals and businesses, so that route is not usually applicable, but we mention it for transparency.
